organizational and project learning, DESIGN,

MONITORING & EVALUATION

Organizational learning is the foundation for rigorous project design, monitoring and evaluation. They are strategic because they support stakeholder accountability. I can help your organization grow by setting realistic objectives and accomplishing them. It takes dedicated effort to evaluate from the planning phase to project conclusion. Evaluation can be gratifying, or at least inspiring, especially done in teams. Research shows that organizations are more productive when employees participate in measuring their own performance and overall project outcomes, and are encouraged to learn from the process. Glocal Strategies draw on my career and community service in grant program management, which includes performance management, planning, implementation and evaluation using qualitative and quantitative analysis incorporated into teaching and civic work. Below are links to three intercultural communication and project management process-tools I developed. They are informed by recent research, including Many Voices, Many Hands: Widening Participatory Dialogue to Improve Diplomacy’s Impact, an evaluation of three public-private partnerships — two sister cities programs in citizen diplomacy, and a public diplomacy government/nonprofit/private sector partnership.
