Rigorous project evaluation is a civil strategy because it supports stakeholder accountability. I can help your organization set realistic objectives and accomplish them. It takes dedicated effort to evaluate from the planning phase to project conclusion. Evaluation can be fun, or at least inspiring, especially done in teams. Research shows that organizations are more productive when employees measure their own performance and overall project outcomes. Civil Strategies draw on my career and community service in grant program management, which includes planning, implementation and evaluation using qualitative and quantitative analysis incorporated into teaching and civic work. My latest research publication, Many Voices, Many Hands: Widening Participatory Dialogue to Improve Diplomacy’s Impact, evaluates three public-private partnerships, two sister cities programs in citizen diplomacy, and a public diplomacy government/nonprofit/private sector partnership.
